Long time lurker, first time poster on the forums

Just think what you could do by launching a crypto for, let's say, social grants???
From where I'm sitting, you would save a government (I know we hate those) loads of cash on plastic and banking fees.

My question is a simple one with a not so simple (I think) answer:
Can a wallet be created with let's say "Social security number" + Finger print "number" (I'm sure finger prints can be converted to numbers) to give a wallet address and then the "Coin" be pegged with the native currency? Farming could be a transaction fee like 0.01% or less but still pegged to the currency?

Would the crypto community buy into something like that? I mean AUR is taking off like a rocket. This might just be a solution to a lot of 3rd word countries to make sure the money gets to the people intended.

Thanx in advance.
RGM:)

There's a post somewhere down the line about macoin maybe page3  you might want to check that out. I was reading earlier and I'm not too sure what I think it said something about a coin that is tied to your identity and it's only in China right now.

That would be an awesome security feature, yet a disastrous anonymity feature.
