Is there a website, app, etc that simulates the REAL economy with changing market prices for stocks based on user investments, banks that users create and control and all that fun stuff? If not how would i go about making one myself?

Not sure what you are asking. Are you saying, for example, what happens, say, if interest rate dropped by 1 base point, how much will the price of stocks/bonds change?

in terms of simulations, http://www.capitalismlab.com/ is the best you're going to get.

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

A virtual economy is one which exists within a fantasy, usually gaming, world. These economies are primarily found online in multiplayer, real-time virtual worlds. Virtual economies have virtual currencies. While these currencies typically cannot be traded for real-world currencies in a bank or a change bureau, such trading does occur.
