Why do we want to sell stake in this project?


The funds raised here will be used to speed up the development process and pay our staff. Furthermore the investment process will help us build a big userbase, so that our site can flourish from the start. That is also the reason why we giveaway 2% of the stake for free!


What exactly do the stakeholders receive?


Basically the income that will be distributed to stakeholder consist of the following sources:

• Tradingfees of the exchange; 50% of all trading fees will be distributed to the stakeholders (25% reserved for costs and 25% are for the founders)
• Investment-gain-fees; 80% of those fees will be distributed (This fee occurs when the site-bankroll increases)

Hint: 100% of those funds will be used to pay dividends. The operating costs and wages will not be subtracted.

All coins that are direct clones of BTC/LTC ect can be implemented in a matter of hours + testing. The thing is you would have to show that there is enough intrest for this coin.

It is a mixture of: High market cap, high trading volume, big and active community, and a stable and reliable coin. Most new coins have major problems the first 4 weeks and therefore we would like to add new coins only if they are established. But if the coin can fullfill most of those requirements and we see that it would drive much traffic to our site, we will gladly add it!
