Because a lot of factors to consider, one factor to look at is the ERC20 based tokens, and a lot of the tokens nowadays are just created to scam people, but hey many are still successful by using their platforms, but i believe Ethereum should do something to eliminate this one, what i mean is that , they would try to make some rules and regulation to make their platforms the best, because many are using it to scam people. These 3 points are really a problematic for ethereum

I don't know how can 15 seconds blocktime can be sustainable. They are probably many simultaneous involuntary forka all the time. Doesn't it generate some kind of problem for the miners?

As eth have a so crazy blocktime maybe it's better to move to pos.i once saw Antonopoulos saying that maybe the world cannot have 2 big proof of work blockchains.

I really never heard of a good desktopwallet for ethereum.
But metamask and mobile wallets work very well

Because eth is an altcoin that the idea was just came from bitcoin as it's hopeful that its fate will be like in bitcoin. Also bitcoin's popularity and dominance in crypto currency had just led to leave altcoins to the ground plus the fact that many had put their trust to bitcoin than any of altcoins. If eth will achieve all of these, then somehow there's a probability.

What you are failing to tell us is what makes the wallet the best, the blockchain the best, and the faster than btc, well since it has the ability to process more transactions per second than btc anyway, we can give it that. I am not very sure where you got good news from CBOE from, but one thing I am sure of is that ETH is still an altcoin and all altcoins still remain the same as long as they cannot really stand on their own and everything is still fixed in movement when relating to bitcoin. That alone I believe is enough to suppress it from hitting the top. Also, all these fixation of people on the top is simply based only on market cap, and it is not like it really means much anyway.
