I think this criminalization of a plant highly addictive extract leads to more problems than solutions. And I think it slows and perturb the growth, peace and harmony of this hemisphere. I think it's a really big artificial unnatural illegal impedement to the growth of trade and commerce and understanding.

then I think it's a question of individual liberty and responsability. there are a lot of products that are toxic or highly addictive. However it's the responsability of the society to protect the nonadult from such harm however it's not in the power of others to prevent (and failing miserably) to stop adult to do what they want with their bodies when it hurts no one but themselves.

for example some harley davidson are very noisy to the point of hurting bystanders, however an eletric harley will mostly only hurt the rider in case of crash...

if someone want to swim in the middle of a shark frenzy... or walk in the middle of his alligator farm pound... so be it, their lives, their choices.

so then it's only a question of age.

the minimum age for enlistment in the United States military is 17 (with parental consent) and 18 (without parental consent)

MLDA in the United States is 21 years

Must be 21 to be in the casino. If under 21, can move along to get from one area to another but cannot linger.

POTUS : 35

(No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.)

and again it's about limited resources allocation and a just fair and free legal (&commercial) order... under the constitution and bill of rights.

it's basic... or you believe that we the people can be stronger than the temptations, or if not, who are you to pretend to be?
