...........

Plus I don't know what kind of disease I'll catch for going in here. I got lost looking for Decred's ANN. Haha.

To late, the disease got you here, cure no, deal with it, the thread will accommodate your bit of PoW

...

There is an awful lot of craig wright footage out there,

It really needs this treatment: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5nyQmaq4k4

The ignorant people he's hitting now aren't going to be convinced by reason...

CSW is not Satoshi and BSV is not Bitcoin.

Why are you even supporting BSV and CSW ? Are you being paid to support this ?

Either your dishonest or you don't understand or acknowledge historical facts in regards to Bitcoin (BTC).

Some Bitcoin facts
Satoshi did not mention SegWit in Whitepaper
Satoshi did not write any SegWit code
Satoshi never mentioned SegWit on this forum when active or anywhere else
Satoshi has nothing to do with SegWit not his creation and some ugly afterthought
SegWit is some kind of Bitcoin pegged stablecoin, altcoin
....

"The existing Visa credit card network processes about 15 million Internet purchases per day worldwide. Bitcoin can already scale much larger than that with existing hardware for a fraction of the cost. It never really hits a scale ceiling."  Satoshi Nakamoto, April 2009          Avoiding taxes is totally legal if you consider and respect the law.
"This isn't the kind of software where we can leave so many unresolved bugs that we need a tracker for them." -- Satoshi

German gov is about to get it - btc LN - rekt!

> *German Bundestag: Bitcoin (BTC) is counterfeit money!*

>On Monday , the German Bundestag announced that Bitcoin and other "on-the-market crypto-tokens" are not fulfilling the classical functions of money and are therefore counterfeit money. These classic functions are:
>
>    Exchange and payment
>    Store of value
>    computer unit
>
> Crypto currencies would not be good as a means of exchange and payment since the transaction volume handled with crypto-tokens is very small compared to national currencies such as the euro or the dollar, according to the logic.
>
> As a store of value, the currencies would not be suitable because they were exposed to strong price fluctuations. But above all, the criticism refers to Libra:
>
> "From the point of view of the Federal Government, it must be ensured that stable coins do not establish themselves as an alternative to state currencies and thus call into question the existing monetary system."
>
> Recently, the finance ministry under Olaf Scholz expressed concern that anonymised cryptocurrencies in the Darknet are on the rise. Especially before the Privacy Coin Monero (XMR) was warned. This could develop on the dark sides of the Internet to a "real alternative to Bitcoin". The ministry also fears that so far not anonymous coins could get a greater anonymity built.

The lengths people on this thread to defame people in the BSV community really shows fear. Very bullish on BSV, transaction volume now exceeding BTC on a daily basis!!!!

Facts don’t lie..

Sv.coin.dance

Bsv more profitable to mine and transact. Fact.

Fear is real, activity in thread in recent time proves that.
No such thing as bad publicity.

Wrong ! No fear here whatsoever.

Simply presenting hard facts to prove that CSW is not Satoshi and BSV is not Bitcoin.

This is the response we are undertaking in regards to BSV continually claiming to be original Bitcoin (BTC).

CSW has provided no proof to the community here or elsewhere, hard evidence exists to the contrary.

SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper
- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5149062.0

This will continue until you recognize and acknowledge the above. Look at the despicable actions of the people you are supporting.

By supporting BSV you are complicit in the attempt to 'hijack' the original Bitcoin (BTC) project, are you not?

Mate you’ve wasted hours with the same character arguments against Craig that have no relevance to bitcoin Sv. Look at your posts, you’re clearly heavily invested in making sure bitcoin Sv does not succeed. You need better arguments. You are scared.

The fact that CSW submitted for copyright something that has been in the public domain for years (the bitcoin whitepaper)

Whatever gives you the idea that the Bitcoin white paper is public domain?

Your level of passion here, jbreher, surely deserves some passionate eye rolling too, no?

https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2019/10/02/08/19190292-7528083-image-m-153_1570001194043.jpg

Whatevs, dude or dudette. Fact is that xrtrlaev’s so-called ‘fact’ is unmitigated bullshit. Of course, pretty much nobody in this space understands any aspect of IP law whatsoever, so I guess I should not be surprised.

Incidentally, what value do you think you have added to this branch of the thread?

The fact that CSW submitted for copyright something that has been in the public domain for years (the bitcoin whitepaper)

Whatever gives you the idea that the Bitcoin white paper is public domain?

He didn't say it "is" public domain, he said its been in the public domain, because nobody was too big of an ass to attempt to copyright it until Craig came along.

How convenient for the next public display of ignorance to come so quickly. Copyright is established the instant a work is affixed in tangible form. That copyright exists fully independent if any registration thereof. Absent any explicit delegation of rights to the public at large by its creator, the Bitcoin white paper is not public domain.

Anyone with a campaign ad in their signature -- for an organization with which they are not otherwise affiliated -- is automatically deducted credibility points.

I've been convicted of heresy. Convicted by a mere known extortionist. Read my Trust for details.

Good luck. Bitcoin shall always be the dominant SHA256 cryptocurrency. The design-decisions made will, WILL cause your miners, and any forks' miners to come back to Bitcoin.

Because big blocks are more profitable?

And there you have it. They don't care about cryto currency, they're only in it for profit. After having watched the video the other day of Craig, I was left with the feeling that he is exactly the same way. All he seems to care about is getting in bed with the banks, corporations and the like just so he can get rich and nothing more.

PoW is to make ppl rich who really work.

Comunism does not help anyhow to secure Bitcoin open system.

Good u asked but incentives keep Bitcoin running for 10 y.
Without it would be rekt after few years

Gotcha. POW wasn't created to make people rich though. Just shows your state of mind when it comes to these things. Doesn't matter if it's crap or awesome tech, as long as you can make money from it. Now I know why you support this. You fit right in with Craig.
