@Koop4U - thanks for the update. As you can see on this page, it is very evident that a lot of these guys are sock puppets. You can tell just by the cheezy user names and the fact that this thread is the very first place they are posting. I'm sure some of them won't even bother posting again!

For example, look at the usernames TTTTYYYY, PPPPYUY and EEEWWWWW. Seriously? If you can't even spend 5 seconds to come up with a decent sock puppet name....

You have a point, but there is no such thing as a "fair distribution" anyway.

Well, maybe some "readers-only" want to become active as they see an innovation?

At the moment - for me - it is not the right time to buy crypto if you want to earn money short time.
I missed the bitcoin train (and many others did too) but I dont want to miss the crypto train. Innovation just began- and didnt end with bitcoin prices falling.
You can read all of these forums without having an account. That's what I did.

I am interested in easy to use coins with innovative technology.I like the NXT "you passphrase is your wallet" concept and I believe in node.js or basically javascript on server side and its modularity.
To most technical questions there is an answer that can be found within these forums so there actually is no need to particiape actively until a given point .

I thinkhypersire is just pointing out that there are several multi account users who receive more than one stake. that wouldn't be nice

I definitely think NXTL is right on track and could end up being H U G E!

I was just pointing out an easy way to at least cut back on some of the bogus sock puppets stakes - just removing people who registered and then proceeded directly to this thread would put a huge dent in the number of multistakers.

Skillroad - since NXTL isn't really a clone of NXT, have you thought of maybe changing the name? I'm sure we could all come up with something awesome (and then nobody would think of this awesome project as just a clone of NXT). I think the fact that it is being built using nodejs is awesome and something that should definitely be advertised!

Can't support that idea as it would kick me off the list as well. You have too make your first post somewhere...

You wouldn't be kicked off because you've made subsequent posts as well.

I'm talking about people who register, post in this thread and then disappear. There are a bunch of them and they are very easy to spot so it would be a simple way for the NXTL admins to clean up the stake list.

@Skillroad. All you need is a post count of at least 10 and have joined before the start of the IPO. Sure there will still be some that are prepared sockpuppets but it would get rid of 90% of them. You delaying this simple action makes me and others im sure wonder if you are happy to just take in sockpuppets. Don't forget the coin was supposed to be against the unfair nature of NXT. If you get one or two guys with 30+ stakes with less than 1000 total you will have some big stakeholders just like NXT.

90% of them were created for Nem IPO, so restriction by registration date won't help. Probably closing the IPO right now would be the best decision. There's working beta which totally proofs that the coin is not a scam. Hundreds of scammers will jump on board now.

Yesterday NAS and NXTL were mentioned in the NEM thread. So I would imagine you will see a small jump in interest.
