Are TestNet coins really trading for $1.90???  I looked at CryptoXChange.com and that's what it shows at the last price (although the best ask is lower than the best bid which makes me wonder).

No, CryptoXChange are not trading 'real' testnet coins, they're calling their testing phase (where everyone gets a certain amount of coins for free) their "TestNet".

Correct. The coins are fake dummy coins for system testing, not related at all to official "Testnet Bitcoins."
