Hi, I think there are already a few real estate project powered by blockchain technology. So I think it is not good to say it in your website that you are the first. I hope you may explore their project and show us why you are the best and maybe you can give us a comparison with them or even with another popular real estate project (non blockchain)
Thanks for critizing. But our preject is not new. We created a ANN thread new . So, we are first blockchain real estate project. You can check our history from our website our whitepaper. We have already made 5M Euro investment . Our platform up and running . Not a new project. |

The Dominium platform is built on an Ardor childchain which evolved from the time-tested Nxt blockchain. The Dominium childchain decentralises the trade of assets and places rental agreements, purchase agreements, property management tasks and more on the blockchain. Dominium will obtain the required regulatory licenses to allow standardised legal templates for property funding to be created. This allows companies to create regulatory compliant assets, which can be purchased by the Dominium account holders. As the assets are created on the blockchain they will of course be 100% transparent and liquid. Moreover, Dominium is underwritten by a portfolio of property assets generating an income and ensuring the future development and maintenance of the platform. Also we will use buy-back and token burn programs in order to stabilize or increase DOM token value. |

I like to learn new things and I am happy that Dominium is built on Ardor because I never had occasion to test their coin, network, wallet.
I have seen Next in action so I assume this would be similar or even slightly better.
This is how we keep learning about crypto and expand our knowledge about different cryptocurrencies, their network and how to use them in a real world.
I hope this will be an amazing experience and better as Ethereum or at least similar.

I thought Dominium will attract a lot of investors. One year ago such projects closed ICO's in minutes. Today in this crashing marking this is a totally different story.
All ICO's I invested in last 7 months loss value 10 to 50x when first time listed on an exchange. Last year you could blindly choose 10 ICO's and for sure 8 of them were successful after listing and price spiked 10 to 25X.
Today this is not possible anymore, I think.

Having observed bitcoin and Ethereum develop issues such as blockchain bloat and high transaction times and fees, we were waiting for an established technology that overcame these problems. The Ardor Blockchain-as-a-Service Platform was built on Nxt blockchain technology, which has been running publicly since late 2013. It is not subject to Blockchain bloat because it is not dependent on computational power. It also has the ability to effectively record the types of transactions that we require on our platform. |
