Good thing that you are providing promos constantly in your website but I do think you still need to focus on improving your website's design as it is really not appealing to some people including me. If I would give a fair comment to your website, it looks similar to poorly designed hyip sites I come across once in a while. If you don't want other visitors to have the same impression as I have try to make your website look more better to make it look more trustworthy in their eyes.

Honestly, I think the best for you would be to take the website offline now.
So you work on your website, make it social, community-friendly, and only then when it's all done, make a big party and relaunch it.

There is too much to fix "on the go" and people won't notice small changes. Better deliver something finished and polished.

It seems that the admin of the site might need to find another way to attract more players to play on the site except giving out the promos code which is not working very well at the moment, the waiting time for a few players to join a game is too long and usually the funds will end up being refunded from a game as the blink expired.

LOL why it is not fair, they are free to share the promos anywhere they wish. Probably it is just not effective way, but nothing is unfair like you think. You were just too late to claim the code as I believe many people are bookmarking their account so they wont be late once they twit new promo codes.

The suggestions you have given will be nice additions to the gambling site but I don't think that it is necessary to shutdown the website temporarily, as it is possible that they update the website while maintaining operations with just one maintenance update just like what other gambling websites are doing. This is also a better way as even shutting down temporarily will provide discomfort to players. Their website being re-designed is really a must as the only thing I see missing is an attractive website and a well designed ANN thread here in BCT.

Definitely.  There has been some hoarding of promo codes (imagine that).  We are looking at ways of curtailing it.  We hope to implement faucets instead this weekend which may help or provide an alternative to promos.

We are glad people are having fun though.  

Faucet would be cool, even if users only get 2-3 plays at a bitcoin faucet per month or something.

Really wanted to test this out or see what the games look like.

maybe increase the max amount of slots to 20 or so or allow higher prizes
also maybe want to cut the house edge a little, it is about 10% now if I'm not mistaken?

I couldnt test site yet because i never get one of those twitter promo codes .
But what you saying is not clear.
1.Games have diffrent slot numbers (4 to 8 as i saw)
2.Wagering in games is different (1$ to 10$ i think)
These two situation makes your rules for house edge Unfair.

I made that suggestion since there was no ongoing blink when I browsed the website. The last ones were expired.
Yes, that might upset the few players that have funds on the website, but there are a few key features missing for such a gaming website.

Once these are added, the game will benefit greatly from a "relaunch". People will rediscover the website, and this time they'll stick around.
With faucets. With low value blinks so people can always wager a few satoshis for the fun. Lower house edge. 100% of a blink ticket is too much. And many more improvements..

faucet is a good idea-it does let you try the game and get hooked,potentially
you won't be waiting forever to test the game and your strategies (I said strategies? haha ,ok )
the custom blinks are awesome! the only thing to watch for is the abusers trying to take advantage of it by shifting faucet money to one account and trying to beat the system
but I think you guys are on top of it already with the minimum withdrawal amount high enough for this not to work

You could try to launch some of your site promotions on the games and rounds section, there are a lot of gambling sites that launched their promotions and giveaways on that section, I believe there are quite a number of users on this forum who frequently check out that section for certain casinos promotions and giveaways.
