I guess if Ponzis are allowed charitable projects are allowed too but perhaps #bitcoin disscusion isnt best place for them...

These projects are mostly posted in offtopic section and have more view you can move this to also in offtopic for more funding from members

Yep - off topic seems reasonable.

Charities are not connected with bitcoin or altcoins topic so offtopic is best for those kind of threads imo.

There are many charitable projects here I don't think you will have trouble putting your thread in this section.  Good luck with the project
