The time allocated to your deposit will be the time our system confirms the transaction. Unfortunately if it isnt showing on blockchain yet that could mean there is a slight delay in confirming your transaction, but there isnt much I can do about bitcoin network slow down  So I made 6 deposits in a very short period of time, all of them are showing on the website. However 3 are confirmed and repayed, the other 3 are still showing as unconfirmed. When they get confirmed will the time of those change or will they keep their original time? |

We check deposit confirmations every minute. The times showing for UNCONFIRMED transactions is the timestamp of when the transaction was made, this changes to the time we see the transaction confirm on the blockchain which then allows them to be repaid. |

No, when you send or receive bitcoins that transaction has an ID associated with it. We use that to index all payments so we need that to identify what is happening if you think there is a problem. 7 off 8 transactions I made shows as paid on the website, I've only recieved 3 off them.

That depends when we receive the transaction (as it hasn’t reached our wallet either yet). If it appears during round #3 it will be added to round #3, however if it appears during a later round; round #4 for example, it would be added to that round. Sorry I cant be much help in this case, its a problem out of my control. |
