I asked manager to lock bounty thread within 24 hours. Otherwise I will tag him. Hope DT will handle this case if he don't want to lock bounty thread. Also I update their bounty thread about this accusation.

Edit: Manager already locked both thread Ann and bounty.

Finally I was asked manager to delete their bounty and ANN. Eventually he deleted bounty and ANN still live. I had ask again to deleted it. I leave neutral feedback for that. If I found future he made any thread with this kind of fake project, or not agree to delete ANN Thread,I will leave him negetive feedback and I will notice to DT also. No more excuse will be for this kind of work.

Not sure about deleting - We think that would be more efficient if they add BIG BOLD RED letters "THIS IS A SCAM" on the first post and on the last post, and lock the topic.
