I'm not entirely sure why anybody would use this service. It would be trivial to have a friend sign up and then split the bonus in a more advantageous manner. Taking a 50% fee on something you're getting for free anyway is certainly too steep.

Of course you're right. If you know someone who can refer you and give you cashback, then this is the better option. But how many know someone personally who is registered at a casino where you would like to register?

There are also "smart" people who register twice to refer themselves. The chance that you will be banned due to double account is high and also the chance that possible profits/balance will be retained by the casino.
