Does there need to be one?

I don't really get why everyone keeps wheeling France out. There are no major exchanges or companies based there. There are better tax treatments elsewhere.

Malta is the obvious one. They're actively legislating and attracting Binance will only inspire others to pile in. Let's hope it doesn't get too hot to handle. Malta will bow to the will of the EU.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I believe that in Europe there are already enough countries that do not interfere with the use of Bitcoin, so France is somewhat delayed.

There is always a big difference. Besides, it does not even take much time to change their mind, so let's see what happens in the future.
I do not really understand why people keep the France out. There are better tax treatments elsewhere. They are actively legislating and attracting Binance will only inspire others to participate. Malta will respond to the will of the EU.

If France wants to work with banks from other countries, I think it would be very likely, and I really like it when the French do something like blockchain support. I also think Europe is becoming active for blockchain and crypto, most countries have positive outlook. They are trying to attract new blockchain. Business orientation. It is good to see how the French are coding currencies. I evaluate how they are dealing with the innovations of electronic money.
