i saw on telegram that one airdrop has been made
We consider airdrop as a devaluation of projects and due to different regulations on it, our ELES tokens will not be airdropped.

As soon as we will attend some conference (not in January as we are very active within Private participation period), we will share the pictures with our community. We will inform and post new updates as soon as we are in position to do this. Many meetings that occur with private contributors, we are keeping undisclosed due to their desire.

Johan has lived and worked all of his life in Germany. Now that he is retired and his children are grown up with families of their own, he and his wife are considering to move to country with warmer climate, where they would feel safe and welcomed. So they decide to first rent an apartment on Cyprus for one month to get to know the country better and then decide about possibility of moving there permanently.
While there, they find the climate very suitable, and the fact that there are good medical services contributes to the decision of buying an apartment with rooms for visitors there and enjoy the peaceful years ahead. But when searching for information on what documents and procedures are needed to eventually become an owner of an apartment, they are starting to doubt a moving decision. Until Johan’s wife encounters ELES platform, offering a nice apartment in desirable location right near where they have already seen some properties.
His wife is not thrilled only over the apartment itself but also over the price of it. She wants to react fast and is reading more about the ELES platform. How will be contributors able to monitor the investments of the real estate fund in separate phases?
Well we have a classical infrastructure and profile of people behind. What we do is first analyze potential real estate projects, we make thorough due diligence (static, dynamic with cash flows, risk analysis, etc.), different scenarios weighted and investment decision. Later on it will be presented on Platform for voting. After decision and acquisition of project a skilled project manager takes over, a set-up of external partners and supervisors is done and a start of the monitoring process etc. Projects will be constantly monitored, timelines and costs re-checked. We will have 5 phases on projects and final date on finish of the projects, like you can already see already in beta platform.

On the platform you said there will be some kind of reports what happened (new portfolios, sold real estate, etc.). Do you already have some more information what will be in such reports? We have a good idea of how these reports will look like (content wise) as they are a common practice with classical real estate funds. So, ELES token holder will be able to view the financial data of started projects, the timeline and phases of these projects, all the cost estimations and real costs on the projects etc. The bottom line is that these reports will help us to build trust with all ELES token holders as we will communicate with them transparently all the facts, progress and goals of each project.

How scalable will be ELES platform and which company will develop it? ELES platform is primarily developed for utilization of ELES tokens. So we can add or list numerous real estate projects on it. The idea for the future is also to be able to connect with other platforms and so to become a real estate hub. In this way ELES platform is scalable like the saying goes only sky is the limit. We are developing ELES platform with our partner Dlabs. Can we see some references of Dlabs company

In the whitepaper is written "properties, which are maintained to allow part-time, or one time stays by individuals or families" - does this go just for Elements Estates portfolio properties or will Elements Estates have an option like small Airbnb for renting ?
Will you have a payment card that will support ELES? Will that be an individual card or like a joined ELES card (with, for example, tenX)?
