Naya has a few different meanings, it means "new/renewal" in Hindi/Sanskrit, in Buddhism it can mean "the right method", and in Pali it means "to lead"

Other ICO's might provide a purchase option using credit card, but some do not and usually it's to avoid issues with chargeback that's usually associated with credit card payments.

I agree!  When investing, don't use your credit card, use either crypto &/or your extra disposable fiat funds instead.

Rule of thumb, invest using your own funds and risk only what you can afford to lose as well.

All the payments for service providers are gonna happen with the token since a smart contract is gonna be created for each project. They can also choose to be paid with fiat but that's gonna be through an integrated exchange.

this means I do not have to buy the tokens from FIAT outside the platform on another exchange and then move them in the Engineer.ai, but I can do everything inside the platform itself? it will be very easy if so

Usually those details are not to be announced early. In fact, not after all the deal between projects and exchanges is done. That's just the rule of thump for most exchanges nowadays.
