I just checked the web site and it says, "Full-time developers. 10-5 has a team of full-time, paid, professional, developers. We're not your average hobbyist project." I'm sure that these capable developers that did such an awesome job with PANDA wouldn't abandon yet another coin! Oh, and the block explorer is also down, most of the pools are down as well, and everyone has recognized that this coin is dead. Someone could try to orchestrate a community takeover, but first you'd have to find people interested in the coin. LOL
