$110 for a start up trading is not a bad idea at all. It is always good to start with small amounts like this and their grow with it. When you have understood the market more, you can their commit more funds. You can also try waves along with ETH.

100 USD is enough for mrico trader. I think that short time trade is more prefarable than long term. We see that bitcoin and ETH rate day by day decrease.  So I suggest you for short term trade. There are less risk. If you invest more than 100$ it is more risky. So 100$ is enough for trading. But  You cannot take huge profit.

Although I think altcoins are more trustable than ICO tokens, you can try your chance with an ICO, because I think your capital is not huge. But you should know that, you can completely lost your money by this way, because ICOs are very risky generally.
