Blockexplorer выдает ошибку вместо списка транзакций по кошельку 1CDysWzQ5Z4hMLhsj4AKAEFwrgXRC8DqRN

Пишут, что нужны только python, pycrypto и какая-нибудь реляционная СУБД.
