cryptonightHeavy whattomine vs coincalculators why different gains?

I'm looking at coin mining with gpus (580,570) on the two calculators and on whattomine they put ryo and loki (cryptonightheavy) ahead.

In coincalculators are ahead in benefits eth and a few more coins.

What calculator do you advise me?

You're likely not comparing apples to apples.

If you use "live" figures for difficulty and price, the time it takes you to enter details in both websites will make a difference. If you use averages (3h, 6h, 24h...) make sure you use the same in both calculators or the figures will be different.

Bottomline is: difficulty and prices are moving. Anything the calculators will show you are estimates. So they should show similar results, but offer no guarantee whatsoever.

The rest of the algorithms are similar, I always look to make sure that it has the same mining power, same difficulty in hours, etc.

The question is in crytonightheavy, is where there is a big difference in both calculators, as well as that in one I put it as the best option xDD

If you are interested in cryptonight mining (any variant) the best site to check is https://www.cryptunit.com/  its truly is the best as you can sort out coins with low volumes and it will generate your hashrate for all of the obscure variants.  The problem with a lot of coins is they have low trading volumes, so lets say there is one trade for a high price.  The calculators assume that is what it is trading at and make you think its profitable.

Last time I checked Rx580s on CoinCalculators, the result was almost the same as whattomine's: mining Ethash didn't have much benefit than Cryptonight either.
The difference is just their "suggested" coins computed based on the site's own formula.

It must be something to with: Difficulty, Block Time, Block Reward, Price in USD, Price Change(24h) and other parameters that they've considered, not just the Algorithm.
On Whattomine, you can also configure the list of exchanges where your final list will be based.

TL;DR: Both have different methods or "formula" on suggesting most profitable coins.
