Those words were never written or said by me.
Not to mention he use the trust system as tool for his sadness and madness that he didn't won the giveaway to the winner (Me in this case).
He firstly called me idiot while i clear the situation with Frank, and after i realized its my fault not his and close the discussion, he placed fake trust score on my profile.

1) Yes. The bottom of the message is right. The shape of the message is open to discussion, but I agree with the bottom of the message.
Because, why entering the contest in the first place if you don't have the money to collect your winnings, considered as valuable by your government, that you got for free ?

2) You did wrong to the rest of the participants, by not being able to collect your winnings. You did wrong to Frank, who now needs to spend additional time in the context of that giveaway, to reply to you, find a solution, and apparently needs to gather informations about your country customs policies ...  

3) Asking is not the problem. Entering the contest without knowing what will happen, is the problem. You should have known what you're up to by winning, and never have asked anything more to Frank in the context of this giveaway, certainly not to spend more money from his own pocket because of your lack of knowledge about your government customs.
