There wasn't a fork on the wallet update guys, so keep calm. The QT changed but you could use the QT with the same blockchain/conf/wallet from the previous QT.

I hardly believe that anyone forked, unless they derped hard.
Just make sure you're at like 1550+ block, 56+ diff and check the networkhash.

Where would I find a working client?  The pool seems to be working.  Thanks. I do think you should answer a few of those questions, especially #1, for the IPO investors, I would think you owe it to them/me.  I did not invest much but others did.  They are easily answered.

Why does it matter? I can easily create a fake 20 BTC transaction and show it to you guys.

Usually, that tx could be traced. I guess, you have made everything so complicated, its likely never to be figured out.
