[RELEASED] @mention notification bot - now with Telegram

@Piggy it seems that it is only possible to receive notifications either via the thread or over telegram. Is it possible to receive them both via telegram and in the created thread in archival?
Once I enabled the telegram notifications I stopped receiving them in my thread.

At the moment you can just use one or the other, if both methods are set, it uses automatically telegram. Is to avoid redundancy and keep the system simple.

Telegram is more convenient imo.

For example User A posts something and in case User B copies his post (plagiarises it) User A gets a notification or a notification is sent to thread for everyone to see. Imagine how much this would help with copy/pasting issues.
In case the same order of 5 or 10 words is used the bot sends out a notification.
Sorry if this was already discussed I didn't go through all posts.

since the bot is already reading all the messages this sort of the idea was brought up in fact, i still have to think how is better to implement it, but as soon as i have some clear idea and time to code it i'll implement something that will detect some of the plagiarism happening within the forum.

I'm not entirely sure however if this should be some functionality of this bot or a new one, which will specifically deal with these matters.

not a lot of changes in the end, but since this bot is serving a complete different purpose and since it's stable now, i would like to avoid put on top of it more code which could potentially fail and bring down everything altogether 

It i'll probably be something separated based on this one, if i see is possible to get some useful result.

Maybe the focus could be on the 1-2 sections of the forum where most of the plagiarism issues take place such as the Altcoin section. I am not sure which other board has a lot of copy-pasted material but I assume it is mainly related to bounties. If that goes well it could be widened to other boards for example.

I guess it's my fault, I remove the quoted message from pugman where you was mentioned after I posted the answer. I guess that's why it happened.

But if you iasenko didn't quote directly or mention LoyceV directly (and then remove it) there could have been a problem then. In any case i can try to debug that message and see what happen.

I quoted the whole post first, then edited it again but I deleted 1 closing quote too much and it appeared as I posted it. Then came another edit to fix it.
This is the final result, it should not trigger notifications.

Ok so in this case then the notification would have been triggered indeed like it happened.

I may need to check why spotted a quote as well beside the mention, but with broken tags i figure there could be these kind of inaccuracies since i didn't test these cases.

Just make sure that you won't share your code... I've read in another topic that spammers/copypasters are now fishing for anti-spam anti-plagiarism methods, to upgrade their systems in order to have less accounts banned in the future...

Just make sure that you won't share your code... I've read in another topic that spammers/copypasters are now fishing for anti-spam anti-plagiarism methods, to upgrade their systems in order to have less accounts banned in the future...

He's not the admin so I don't understand your point, if he prefers to be open source, he's free.
