Yes, the bot account restrictions for sending messages have been lifted as stated by Piggy in the following post:

what if my username have been quoted in a reply quoted in another reply which have been quoted n another reply... should i still receive notifications?

As far as I know, you will get the notification. Unless you quote your post.

Suggestion: create a separate topic for ignore lists, something like Add comments to Flags on LoyceV's Trust Flag viewer. The bot can scrape the thread for posts once in a while, and users can just update their list in their post.
If it helps, I can create a thread, scrape it for you, and output usernames (or userIDs) in txt-files somewhere on loyce.club.

I am not familiar with how the OP's bot works, but I would imagine he is already capable of scraping and parsing information. You need to sign up via a PM that I presume is scraped/parsed.

I'm still receiving PM notifications from the bot including topics that I am not subscribed to, as you can see my username is a common word. Every time a post has a word "text", I'm still being notified

I’ll investigate (but I’m sure he’s been notified of these posts).

I don't know why i had some bad feelings about Piggy when I saw he was away for a month (that was some time ago) I came back to this thread today again with a hope that he is back but... Now even Maggi is gone and even more bad though come to my mind... Hope he is well and on a nice vacation somewhere...

Same here but I use PM to receive notifications and already didn't have any from a couple of days.

I even tried to adjust settings and sent a PM to Maggiordomo with new settings 2 days ago but nothing changed until now.

I thought only I am affected but now I see that this is a bigger problem and we need Piggy to resolve this.

This bot was so helpful that I can't find my way on the forum now if notifications are not coming.

Also I didn't see Piggy around for quite some time. I hope everything is ok.

I checked if Maggiordomo's VPS could have expired, but it's been more than a year already and those contracts usually go per full year or per full month:

I just put everything on a VPS so the notifications will be active 24/7 from now on (unless some problem occurs)

Does anybody know any good alternative for Maggiordomo bot?

Nobody knows how long it will take, so maybe try something different as we wait, of course, if there is any because I only heard about Piggy notification bot for Bitcointalk so far.

During this year I got so used to him that I don't know how to deal with finding all the threads I'm active in or posts that need my answer.
