We had a two year bull run, people need to be objective here, Ethereum went from less than $1 to $1400, those people that entered the market in the mid or tail end of the bull market are the ones checking  the marketcap often. I think we are very close to the bottom and one thing for a fact is that some pf these tokens won't go up again and their value would eventually go to zero

That's is what I'm doing during the bear market, though I'm buying at small amount of money that I have but I believe small things will be great in the future. It's not as bad as what could happen if the outcome of the next ETF approval isn't favorable for the market so I wouldn't worry yet

The whole alt market cap is low, because a lot of alt coins had a all time high in the previous year. This mean that the value in average were more in comparison with this year.
