Good ICO still alive in this running year i think. Lending based ICO project always scam if you remember previous lending project.
Market is volatile that's why 90% new coin price down below ico price. When btc & eth will be stable i hope whole market will pumping.

Investors need to be confident once they invest their money, many ico now are scam and that is the reason why other investor's don't want to invest in ico. And because of that ICO must give their best for the growth of the project so no one will be disappointed.

Well, on the other hand, scammers will be even trickier, and even better to mask your scam project. Of course, I do not want to invest in such projects. But this is a real problem.

Actually this is a mistake from us who record history badly, so people are not interested in ICO investments because many ICOs are fraudulent. Cryptocurrency users must maintain Cryto's good name so that Crypto continues to grow.

Yes, 2018 wasn't a good year for ico scam ico are too much it is difficult for investors to trust any project, if 2018 mess can be cleaned maybe 2019 will be a good year for ico.

I think having a smart contract should be a mandatory requirement for ALL ICOs. Any ICO that doesn't have one should be immediately scrutinized for potentially being an exit scam. With the market in such a poor way, investors need all the assurances they can get, having a smart contract locked soft cap would definitely improve an ICOs odds of success, in my opinion.

There are smart contracts that can make an ICO safe when a the required funds where not meet. But some ICO tend to scam even when the ICO is successful , Just make a good research about the ICO you are investing.
