I think in 2019, investors and bounty hunters will be more choosy in the projects, the scammers will not be easy. now there is a trend to provide mandatory payments for investors and bounty hunters.

ICO s will be huge in future but we have to do more research on them because most of them are being scams.this will increase in the future.but good project will come with improvements of technology.

Not all have the opportunity to be a part of this forum and have the knowledge to know more ICO.
Out there a lot of investors are still a victim for they lack the resources to know more about the ICO they are joining or opinion of other people.
Let us face it. A lot of them looks real in the start but at the end can be a scam.
Here, they are being disected and a lot of times ICO which are real are supported.

We have no way of knowing it, it could go on like this, if we still keep seeing the same reaction from investors and the same ICO in the market, there should be a system where we can restrict fraudster from launching an ICO they are getting better and better doing this. |

A declining market does not mean that there is no options for gaining money with cryptocurrency. ICO's often do well during that sort of event. |
