I need a person who can physically access a medium sized number of twitter accounts just to retweet a post, like it and send a direct message to the account where the tweet came from.
The direct message will be prescripted for you so all you need to do is copy and paste.
Easy and can take less than 20 minutes to complete if you have 20 accounts.

You're a newbie and doesn't have any past or any history of transaction, what if you run after the job is done. The best thing to do is to use an escrow to hold the funds (In my opinion) and indicate here the exact detail of the work including the type of post that's going to retweet, the exact reward/payment in every retweet or the fixed price, etc.

By "access" do you mean someone who can post tweets on 20 different accounts or someone who is being followed by 20 different accounts? And are there any other requirements? Do you care how many total followers exist in any account?

It is simple you use the twitter accounts to like and retweet a post then post a direct message to that twitter account with a payment address.

I put in my rate per tweet as I can only afford if there is up to 50-60 retweets and direct message done for those to receive payment.
I can pay upfront if the person has older twitter accounts. Not newly created ones.

There is a bit more to just retweeting as their is a necessity to respond to the twitter account with a direct message and documentation of the address you posted.
