It is indeed needed to read the ToS to avoid such problems. It is hard to find a casino that also had crypto involved in it as it is not following the rules and will result in problems. Base on the statement above, americans can still gamble in casinos that are not based on US and doesn't violate any rules in US but you should have an option where you can withdraw your crypto into fiat.

Is there like a global license, shouldn't the "banned is banned" work everywhere in the world ? Like let's say it is banned to open a casino in country X, then how can a person get a license to actually gamble on a crypto website without doing it illegally ? How does it work that a country that bans regular casinos can allow you to gamble online ? Since that is not really possible I think almost all of the casinos we play in are actually quite illegal to every one of us.

I know many of them are based on places like Costa Rica or curacao or whatever its called but in the end many of them are running illegally anyway and we are just trusting the power of bitcoin and blockchain so we do not get caught doing that kind of stuff and we could just say it was sent to an exchange for trading and made a profit on trading and came back.
