It uses a proof of work scheme, and will be rapidly distributed by way of a rapidly decreasing reward mechanism that follows a hexadecimal pattern. Each time the block reward changes, the standard block size, as well as the chance of hitting a super block, will decrease. The size of a super-block, however, is static, at 1028000 coins, and will remain so, throughout the entire life-cycle of the coin. With such halfing i wonder how low that sells walls at 1sat will be.
