learn well about market trends and indicators that cause market prices to rise and fall. if you already understand then start with a small capital of $100 and see the development in a week whether there is a profit increase of at least 10%, if so then you can gradually increase your investment capital according to your ability

There is no required amount to start trading, so decision is yours. Never spend more than you can lose without unpleasant consequences. Then there won’t be a reason to worry about. You will easily go through the ups and downs of the market with an opportunity to buy more coins. In spite of apparent simplicity, it’s easy to get lost. But don’t panic. Only a cold math and detailed plan are your friends. So It’s better to care about your trading skills, than about the amount.

I was wondering if there is a required amount of bitcoins you need to have before you start trading? Also, a little out of topic, but is there a required amount that a person needs to be earning per month before he could start buying bitcoins?

Nope no required amount you need to have starting in trading
You can start with small amount of bitcoin or capital to start trading but do not expect to got huge profits return
Huge amount investing in trading their also had possible to get huge profits but need to ready for a loses
I don’t think that there is a minimum amount for trading in cryptocurrency. You should from any amount. The matter is not investment capital but the experience, knowledge and skills about good trading. If you are capable of doing affective trading you can make money with less investment but if you do not have any experience, you cannot earn money from trading.
Amount is not a matter; the matter is how much do you know about crypto trading? Start should always from small amount because if you lose for the first time in start of trading you will be discourage and may leave trading your deficit amount will be less. If you start from big amount then you will mentally disturbed and it is not good for overall crypto investment.

To start trading, you must have a small amount of capital, it is used to buy Altcoins. The money does not need much because transactions can be started by buying cheap coins.
In my opinion, at least a small amount, which can help you own a reasonable portion of the coin you want to own, is important. At times, people on the forum show up with $5000 in hand. Yes this is now an amount that you can invest to own an ETH or two but back then when the prices were high, this was not the case. This means that this is an excellent time to invest because of the absence of that restriction that required a specific minimum amount of money to start.

Bitcoin is fully decentralized and most exchange are open without restrictions.  You can trade any amount of bitcoin and you should not have problem wither in withdraw from your account whenever you want to do so.

You can start as small as $2-3 by trading small alts and flip them for substantial profits.
The only thing you should keep in mind while dealing/trading in cryptocurrencies is that you should bet only what you can afford to lose.

Good luck!
Not too low because it has no benefit to start from $2-3, better not to start trading. It is not a joke. The amount should be enough which can give you some profit. You don’t need to invest big amount at start but gradually you should increase your investment as you gain knowledge and experience about crypto trading. There is no limit for crypto trading in start.

Of course you still needed to have even a least amount of coin before you can start trading it's only basic, what would you use to trade if you don't have even a least right. So if you're going to enter the world of trading even if it is in real businesses you still need to brought out your coin doesn't matter how much it is.

For me, starting trading does not require large capital. What we need is how we can see the situation because it will determine whether we will benefit or not. For people who still do not have regular income every month trading can be an option, many people have become successful and I am very sure if Trading can give someone a chance to make a decent profit in fulfilling their life needs.

why people are always saying that it is like gambling and invest what you can afford to lose?
you cant lose something in trading if you are taking a good movement whatever that market is. You should not trade when you know that you might lose something due to market movement right. you can only lose in trading if you are a beginner but you can also avoid to lose even if you are a newbie in trading if you are careful.

You don't need huge amount of funds before investing in bitcoins. I always say ,Start trading with that amount which you cant afford to loose. There are a lot of chances that you loose your worth but on the other side there are many chances that you can multiply your worth. This is possible because of its highly volatile nature. You can even start trading with just $10. But remember, higher the investment ,higher the risk and higher the profits.

Basically there no amount required for anyone to start trading, Like me I started trading with $1020 and guess what happened? within few weeks the money reduced to about $482, So to me i think the amount you start trading with does't matter, what matters is for you to master the crypto market to be able to take so good decisions. So i will suggest starting with a small amount, until you understand the market very well

If you want to try margin trade, yes, you're gonna need a lot of money. Because, the price is very variable and with little investment you can lose all the money when candle moves a little.

Aside from obvious "invest as much as you are willing to lose", there is a main principal in a trading - the more you invest, the more you may gain. It works in bitcoin trading tenfold, but you are in a risk of losing up to almost everything in your value of money invested in crypto, almost all the time, as cryptomarket is an unstable place. Check for all related news and topics, listen to the specialists, but have your own mind about everything. You could say you invest more of your time, than money, honestly, so take that into account too, it's very time consuming, the more money you spending on this.

Well, there is no required amount. In my opinion best way is to start with the amount of you are willing to lose.
Same with my opinion, there is no required amount before you start trading. You just have to be wise in buying coins and be patient before trading.

I didn't have much money when I started but later I invested about 1000$ in ether and I was satisfied with the income i managed to get. To my mind, it is better to invest now and sell later
You are to buy something which is the first step of trading and this can be traditional and technological as well and if a person have both these then it is better then. Traditional trading is well known to all of us so we will discuss technological trader that is to start buying Bitcoin or some Litecoin etc to place them on exchange to sell it when you are in profit.
Buying something should never be the first step in trading, learning should always be the first step. If you do not have knowledge, you won’t what to buy, why you should be buying it, and when you should be buying. Trading requires a lot of plan and which if you do not have any knowledge, then, apparently, you cannot have a strategy to be able to pull off a trade successfully unless you want to start counting on your luck which is gambling and you will be burned quickly with that.

The Exchange for EOS Community

If you invest in traded coins then there is no minimum, but if you invest in ICO projects then there is a minimum level that the project offers. In my opinion, now the price of coins is very cheap, you should buy valuable coins.

I guess the minimum depends on how much is planned to be earned.
Anyway, lots of altcoins or perspective tokens are at lowest levels currently. Time to buy more at a good discount I suppose

Yes and no, there's no requirement on the exchange-side how many Bitcoin should you own before you start trading. But keeping in mind that the exchange fees do stack up alot if you're active trader and should be taken into consideration. Anything less than 1000usd gets eaten easily especially if your win% isn't extremely good.

I personally wouldn't start with anything less than 5K worth unless going high propability trades with margin.

Trade can begin with any amount available to you. The main thing is that these are your "free" money (not intended for important needs). Also, I do not recommend taking money in debt.
The size of your salary doesn't play any role here. Everyone has his own needs. You can have enough $3000 per month and for someone $10,000 per month will be small amount and he will not be able to allocate even $100 for trading.

While I do not have credit card debts to pay as I have already paid them last month, I still have insurance I need to pay for the next 5 years. However I do wonder, when people say "use any amount you are willing to lose", how much does "small amount" usually costs?
For me, for example, this was a sum of $2000. I was ready to lose it, because it was not my last money. I first invested $1000, and a week later, another $1000. Given my income and needs for life, I calculated that I can allocate this amount.
If you just want to practice, then buy bitcoin for example at $300. Then try yourself in the trade.
In the beginning, I was guided by the fact that I would buy crypto currency for all the money I wanted to invest and only then I will practice on small amounts ($8-15). At that moment, I analyzed the market and came to the conclusion that it was a good time to buy. Since then, the price of bitcoin has never dropped below my purchase price.
