ASIC miners are dominating NENG mining over last two days. The base difficulty is around 8. Yield for GPU or small ASIC solo miners are quite poor now.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

base difficulty is getting back up.  ASIC miners are gradually getting in control.  GPU small ASIC solo miners yield is going down now.

CPU solo cheetah miners should be constantly getting mining yield on NENG.

Base difficulty has reset to very low level now.  Another boom time for GPU or small ASIC solo miners while ASIC big miners or big pool will struggle to get any reward now.

Well, GPU dominant period was over, and very short. only about 1 day. Now is the period that big ASIC and Pools are dominant.

It is all about competition. Months ago earlier 2019, GPU dominant period after reset was very long, several days. Now is only one day. Most likely case that there are a lots of GPU solo miners nowadays
waiting on NENG and jump in immediately. The more GPU miners also means that the GPU period is over quite quick and move back to ASIC domination.

It is true another way around too. If there are lots more big ASIC miners rushing into NENG, ASIC period could be over very short and move to CPU and GPU dominant period.

You probably don’t understand why this period became so short? On zpool.ga I added only 5 lines of program code that reduced almost everything to zero, the so-called "Anti-51% Attack, Anti-instant Mining"

You just had to be careful and think well before making such loud statements about - Anti-51% Attack, Anti-instant Mining

Got it, what you claimed is that your mining pool basically broke the NENG dyndiff code base and dominate the whole mining period with mining software change.   Let's see whether your code change work or not.

I have a solo CPU cheetah miners running 24 hours per day.  If your claim is true, then CPU solo miners should get zero reward from now on.

Just an update on CPU solo miner situation.  zpool.ga mining pool (big ASIC miners mainly) maybe dominating the GPU solo miner recently, but not against CPU cheetah solo miners.

My solo cheetah miner (2 core CPU) last reward was Dec 24, 2019, did poorly.  However, there are a lot Cheetah CPU solo miners on NENG.

Here is the proof that zpool ASIC miners are not getting all the rewards:
 http://nengexplorer.mooo.com:3001/block/54d1f46c8bf5ccf1a39dabddfea94712d456ac029156a10d5e1cfbf0f1a1ab00

block number 1077334   with difficulty of 0.0002

Here is https://zpool.ga/site/block?id=1533  block reward page, obviously zpool is not getting this block.  This block was mined most likely by a CPU Cheetah miner, not by my server, a memer CPU miner there.

ASIC big pool miners lose rewards to CPU Cheetah solo miners, then the theory of anti-51% attack in the published paper of NENG still holds.  It is three sides mining competition, CPU vs GPU vs ASIC.  No one side is getting all.

GPU solo miners or pool miners now would struggle to get any block.  CPU Cheetah solo miners are still doing fine.

Another proof that CPU Cheetah colo miners are doing fine:

http://nengexplorer.mooo.com:3001/block/db7ed80c4fb13828dbec629df8312d265096d6cb7fa8271c2ee94ef759bb9294

block number 1077390   with difficulty of 0.0002

Another reward for CPU Cheetah miner.  Not my server.  Some desktop windows or MacOS, or Linux cpu miners there running on Cheetah.

GPU solo or pool mining rewards now is close to 0%, nothing.  ASIC miners are likely to get 80% to 90% of all blocks,  CPU Cheetah miners are getting about 10% to 20% of block by my quick estimate.

Conclusion:  NENG DynDiff code base on top of scrypt is not broken.  It is still working as a decentralized variation of scrypt algorithm protecting the blockchain against 51% attack.
