Thanks for creating this pool. It has been nice to put my i7 CPU to work on something.
Have you considered changing the name and logo. My family finds it offensive (as do I) and I have to wait 'till they all go to bed before I log in.
The sentiment behind the logo and name resonates with me a lot, but still offensive.
Please consider.

allten, First welcome to the pool glad you are enjoying it. I wont be changing the name as one day someone called me an Elitist Jerk and it made me laugh so much. It was also shocking.. hehehe It also fits some of us well. 4 of us are over 100 khash .. with two being 500 khash.. this is what we call Elitist. These two people are not doing it by running a botnet either  . Many of us are doing this for fun.. the name just makes it funny.. The finger is just the icing on the cake There is other pools out there. Pool-X is a Pirate theme and OZCO.in is a Kangaroo. Both good pools and not offensive. They might also be a better fit if the name and logo bothers you that much. Yes I know I sound like a jerk.. but we do this for fun.. there is no money to be made running a pool.. We are Elitist Jerks.. Thanks for the response and the pool references. Do you know the URLs to these other two pools? |

Had a 1 hour downtime today due to pushpool. All is back to normal and a lot of fast blocks to make up for it!

Due to our very short pool outage yesterday we received two orphans it seems. I paid out on those full as it is no ones fault but the pools and your hashs should be paid for.

Pool has been up for 8 hours with no problems. However it seems we are getting some orphans like others. I will be installing the latest litecoind in the next couple hours.

Things look to be great. No Orphans and cpu usage has gone down a lot. Pretty much everyone stuck through it and we appreciate it!

As some may our may not know a few days ago we dealt with the transaction spam which caused our server to slow down. This caused invalids for many of the pools including ours. I went through the entire ledger to be sure any blocks that where successful still got paid out. This has been done today so you might find a little extra ltc in your wallet all at once.
This pool will always strive itself to being the most honest pool there can be. We dont leave it up to scripts to be 100% at all times and we double check the books to make sure everyone is paid their correct amounts and no payments are missed. This is the number 1 reason Elitist Jerks was started..

Since there is still a bit of transaction spam going on we have had very slow confirmations on some of our blocks. Up to a day now. Rest assured your shares will be paid out.
