Sincere Appeal for Uplifting the Ban

This post is about upholding the ban on my bitcointalk account. when I woke up this morning suddenly what I saw my
bitcointalk account was banned. Initially, I had no clue that why was my account banned. I was like; surely it is a mistake. then I read the bitcointalk policies & thought of my posts & realized tha I posted a single post twice in two different forum which was about the 'DECLINE OF ETHEREUM PRICE'.

This is the first time in my life that I was ashamed of myself. it was my absurd mistake & I sincerely apologize for this to all the bitcointalk community members especially to the moderators.
  This is not being done by deliberately but due to my ignorance about the policies. now I came to know all the rules & regulations.
so, I assure you guys it won't happen again & I would do my best to grow as a community since we are like a family. I can contribute to this community if my ban gets uplifted.

since I worked hard for many projects I posted under this bitcointalk id & I don't want to go this work in vain. You all are working hard in your respective fields & you know what it takes to achieve something in life. Your one mistake can ruin your whole hardwork. But i firmly believe that a person can do mistakes. everyone deserves the second chance. Also affirming you that I neither did any kind of plagiarising nor any spam in any discussion.

I promise you guys it will never gonna happen again & I am saying this in my complete cognisance.

please uplift my ban surely we can make this community a better place for healthy discussion.

whatever you think inappropriate in my 21 posts you can remove but uplift the ban please i'll be obliged to you guys ..

What i don't understand about your appeal is that you're appealing for an account with 0 activity, 0 posts, 0 merit, 0 feedback, registered only a couple months ago...

This account was most probably nuked... Meaning that a mod looked into your account and noticed that there wasn't a single post that he/she found worth keeping, so he just completely nuked (destroyed) it. Mods can only do this with newbie accounts, and they only do this if the account is spamming, copy/pasting or if none of the posts made by the user made any sense at all...
Now, i'm not the admin, nor a mod, so i can't say why it was nuked, but usually it does say something about the quality of the posts you made...

If one of your accounts is banned, it means that you, as a person, are banned... You're not allowed to use any accounts, with the exeption of using 1 account to make 1 thread discussion your ban. If you post in more than 1 meta thread while being banned, it's considered evasion...

You are still missing the rules. Ban evasion is not allowed.

As i said earlier; i didn't know the policies, so I genuinely comment on some posts, if you think all posts were useless then delete them which i dont think so, some of them are constructive posts too.

Like i said before: i'm not a moderator, nor the admin... I didn't ban you, i didn't remove your posts, i have no power to do these things on this forum. That being said: i've been a member of this forum for many years, and i can tell for sure that not knowing the policies is not a valid excuse for breaking them... I've seen dozens of people trying this excuse, and it never worked.

Now, i'm unsure if getting your account nuked by a mod is the same as being banned... If you're nuked it's *possible* you're not banned, so it's *possible* you're allowed to create a new account... You'll have to sift trough the rules and see if this is true or not, or you'll have to wait untill a mod sees your topic and decides to answer. Do not take my assumption as an exuse to continue posting with an alt account untill you've made 100% sure my assumption is correct, it's well possible that being nuked equals being permabanned... I really don't know for sure.

If this is what was in your message, and there was no time frame included, sounds like a permanent ban to me.

well you have earn a lesson the hard way. Do not worry you are not the only one here getting ban by Modz. As we all knoe that appealing here in the thread is useless because there is a proper place and the right person to appeal with ban accounts. Thus, saying sorry is the best we can do.

Why don't you just move on... and just use your current account like the way you're doing it right now?

The only problem is that this forum does not give a second chance. If you are only banned temporarily you might have had a second chance but in your case you are nuked and is currently permabanned. It means to say that you are not allowed to post in the forum as a person other than this meta thread since the rules said so. Just move on, if you want to learn only about crypto basics, there are still more sources of knowledge out there.

That is why you are given the chance to make an appeal thread here and PM the Admins. If it turns out you didn't violate any rules your account would be reinstated.

No everyone is not entitled to a second chance. There are different punishments for different offences. If you earned a permanent ban, then you wasted you one shot, and do not deserve a second chance. Ignorance of the rules of this forum are not a valid excuse to do as you please.

Just move on, if you want to learn only about crypto basics, there are still more sources of knowledge out there.

But since OP is banned from posting, he is also banned from asking questions freely. Wouldn't that make it hard for him who is still learning? If that is the case, wouldn't he better off accessing other sites for information about crypto to be able to ask questions freely. Either way, if he did stick around and read here, At least he will learn how to use the search button.

I don't think I've ever learned anything important by posting on a discussion forum, much less been dependent on one specific forum for knowledge.  In other words, being banned on bitcointalk likely doesn't preclude anyone from learning whatever it is they want to learn.

But come on, guys.  This guy isn't desperately trying to recover his account so he can continue "learning".  More like "earning".  It's the same story we see in every ban appeal thread.
