v5.7.1 of the YadaCoin core is now released!

Blocks are sent when connecting to a new peer. So while fixing the disconnect issue in v5.7.0, blocks stopped being sent as often because the syncing was not happening upon reestablishment of the connection.

This version fixes that issue and increases the frequency blocks are sent.

This is all in an effort to create a better, more responsive user experience for yada payments.

If I make a yada payment on centeridentity.com, I should be able to see that payment on the yadacoin.io explorer in a few seconds.

We've accomplished this goal!
