Those are also the people behind the dumping of those coins, they are buying back the coins that they deliberately sell to shake the market, they understand people common reactions when sudden dumped happen, so they will just wait for the big dip and buy it back and hold to create another
momentum making new investors to believe that the market is already recovering before selling out again for decent profits.

Yep I did buy some EOS while the market is bleeding, its a risk to me because I sold my LTC for it.  Its not thousands and although the snapshot was already taken months ago, I'm hopeful EOS is going to make it back its way up and will exceeds the investors expectation later on. I find it a a better platform which could be the next ETH.

If people are buying into crypto currencies as a long term investment, this small dip should matter little in the long run. If these people were trying to make short term flips to make money, they are not so different from the people who scammed them. Voluntary exchanges and park muggings are totally the same.
