Since the market is still in a bear trend as of now, it is difficult to say whether a bull run will occur before December ends. But I'm glad that some alts are just stuck in price and I believe it's only a matter of time when the bull run starts, everyone who patiently puts in their time and holds their cryptos will pay off.
Six days after you say this, the market is in a Bullrun state at this point so everyone can already see some of the Altcoins starting to fly upwards without a hitch, so the change in market conditions this year is very mysterious and you can't predict for sure
