WHY?
In the past months until now, many users are flooded in Jr. Member ranks and not all of them are just a single user. Some of them are making multiple accounts to make benefit of joining any good bounty campaign at the same time, which is unfair to the fair users that joined in the bounty campaign. Thanks to admin THEYMOS; the new rank up system to Jr. Member rank has been modified.
If you have many activities but zero merit, then you stick to newbie rank.
It needs a minimum of 1 merit to be rank to Jr. Member.
