To be honest, I mined BZEdge in early days of its main net, and felt happy with my decision at that time.

Our network upgrade called "TransylvanianOak" is currently under testing. This upgrade  brings several improvements in security and performance, including:
1. Sapling: faster private transactions with lower memory requirements. This amazing improvement developed by ZEC team will lower the hardware requirements for private transactions.
2. Overwinter: some significant changes that will include new features like transaction expiry, versioning and replay protection for future update.
3. LWMA-3: Improved difficulty adjustment algorithm.
4. Personalisation string: also known as --pers parameter for mining software,  will be changed from "BitcoinZ" to "BZEZhash" at a certain time.

We will announce the the block height and the exact time when personalisation string changes when we release the upgrade. This is going to be a mandatory upgrade and we will need all the support from you to have the network up to date.

Make sure you stick around and follow us in the following weeks in order to be updated with all the information. Remember that mining rigs will have to be restarted with the new --pers string at a certain time that we will announce. Not changing the --pers string will result in rejected shares.
