New rules for getting the title, pros and cons !

Good day everyone! Today started the new rules of rank, many participants demoted to novice, first h himself disappointed in this..BUT a little thinking about this situation, counting all the pros and cons in this situation, I realized that it's all just for the better, as to the permanent forum participants, and for the bounty hunters, and so what pros and cons I found.
Pluses:
1) significantly reduced spammers.
2) will rise the quality of content on forum.
3) in companies baunty signatures will increase reward.
4) increase confidence in jr.member, as his title will be deserved.
Minuses.
1) now, to obtain the title , you have to really work for it and earn it, and not just write any nonsense, and all of this takes time.
