I think it will take some strong combination of whales and institutionals investors for us to be able to make a significant upwards price movement. Bitcoin is going to recover but not through the effort of an individual but the combined effort.
Of course it will take a significant effort from everyone to take the market to the next levels. Whales, institutional money, speculators, newbies, FOMO or even gold investors to shift their funds on the struggling market.
So its not very easy. I can only think that just one positive news will really push the price, however, no news is coming in plus trading bots are taking over that's why we keep on struggling to even breach $7K now. Speculators will always sell whenever they see fit.
