Team is very important for projects so firstly I examine their team. Then, I try to understand whether people need to the project or not because if people need that project, then people support it and good money is raised.

I look more towards commercialization and its potential to not conflict with government regulations, some projects such as charities and even real-estate concepts will always be stuck in time if faced with rules and regulations, or even their profits will be stalled without any potential factor of the working product .
The idea and purpose of the project also really distinguishes between a quality project and a bad project, look for a project that has good innovation and can be run when the funds have been collected, do not choose a project that has many obstacles to rules and regulations, and don't forget to see the formation of the team and see how complete information on their project..

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

how to distinguish the good ico, ico scam
I just saw a really similar topic few minutes ago, and i know this is important and popular topic "what is scam or what is not"

Generally what You should do is: Check the team, do a real research on the members and second check the project behind! Do they have plans, do they have real value offered to the customers or either to the world. And the website can be an indication how much effort do they put to create it.
