my ArtByte(v0.13.0.1-beta) wallet on MAC stoped chain sync on block 964881 since more then 2 hours. Wallet connected to network (0 input, 8 output)

We are not seeing it anywhere else. Just leave it syncing in the background. You are very close to full sync. According to http://explorer.artbyte.me/blocks the latest block is 964992.

On December 24 Yobit told the wallet online. And I initiated  transaction 15357 ABY with Yobit to Bittrex.

I send many tickets to Yobit support and PM to Yobit admins Dominikherzog, Matveevka, Warden. No answer, no results.

Can you post your screen this Yobit form? I need that to inform payment systems (Payeer, PM, etc.) to block Yobit.

Here is the proof that yobit is a scam.  I am glad if i can help others not to lose theyr coins. But who can help us to recover ours ?
I think that ABY dev should make pressure to yobit to update the wallet.

Yobit has still never responded to any of our emails. It has been since November. We have posted here and on the forum not to use them for trading ArtByte. We also asked Coinmarketcap and Coingecko to remove them from our exchange listing which they did.

i am still confused whether it's a mistake from the system or network error

the problem is yobit team, they don`t want to update the wallet.
You probably ask yourself why? if people trade there, they gain from fee, but if your coins are frozen while withdrawing, they can take your coins and trade them. It is a simple task to update a wallet and add some nodes. That`s way they don`t respond to tickets either.
To many exchanges these days freeze wallets, so be aware what are you trading and where you trade it.

Yobit has never upgraded their wallet after we enabled SegWit, though we and others have repeatedly asked them since November. We have posted on this forum and our own many times about this.

you are right, and you did a good thing with the post above to warn as many as you can, but not to many people do a search about a coin before they withdraw or deposit on a certain exchange, everyone looks at the price and if the price is right, they jump on it, it is like a mouse trap. I know because i fell into it.
