There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

You don't have to look further than this, their vice president is fake - project is fake.
It's simple as that.

Nice catch, there are too many scams lately and I am happy to see more and more members are fighting back.

Just to edit post and qoute this before I tag them:

Selling accounts of Junior Member. 50$ Linking only to the mail. Deeper prices for btpricer. Null reputation. Deal through the guarantor. I would like to write in LC.Thank You

Hi
I'm a bounty manager https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5030867
I want to clarify this issue. The project team is located in China. And everyone knows that in China the ICO is prohibited. For this reason, the project was forced to change the faces of the team. Although the essence of this does not change.
If you have doubts about the project, I'm happy to answer them.

Perhaps you could answer why your whitepaper is completely plagiarized?

EtherFlyer Exchange Server is a trading backend with high-speed performance, designed for cryptocurrency exchanges. It can support up to 10000 trades every second and real-time user/market data notification though websocket.

Apache Kafka:
A distributed streaming platform. The project aims to provide a unified, high-throughput, low-latency platform for handling real-time data feeds. Its storage layer is essentially a "massively scalable pub/sub message queue architected as a distributed transaction log.

Redis:
An open source (BSD licensed), in-memory data structure store, used as a database, cache and message broker. In order to achieve its outstanding performance, Redis works with an in-memory dataset.

MySQL:
An open-source relational database management system (RDBMS). For saving operation log, user balance history, order history and trade history.

I was written and asked to conduct a bounty campaign, which I did.
For the bounty, tokens have been allocated, so that the participants will receive 100% of them.
Unfortunately, I have nothing to do with the document and the project itself, but I'll gladly try to answer all the questions.

It doesn't matter if they receive the tokens when the tokens are completely worthless.

You are currently conducting a bounty campaign for a proven scam. The correct course of action to immediately end the campaign and cease all activity with the scammers. Wishy-washy statements like this are meaningless.

Who forced "them"? China's government?

1 - Project in a country that made it ILLEGAL = SCAM
2 - Stealing people's identity and possibly putting their life in danger = SCAM and a CRIME
