Hello everyone!

Hashflare has returned to bitcointalk! My name is Mark and it is possible that I have talked to many of you before when I was part of our tech support team. We know that at late our users have been having a lot of questions. We regularly cover them in our blogs and Telegram groups, but nevertheless, there are still many “gray areas” and misunderstandings left that need to be cleared up. So, let’s do that here together! And we will start with two of the most frequently asked questions:

1. My current balance is lower than the minimum withdrawal limit. How can I collect my funds then?

In order to do that, you will have to pass the second verification level and you can find information on how to do it in this FAQ article. Please make sure that all of the uploaded images meet the necessary requirements and all of the information is clearly visible, as well as that all of the information on your account matches the information on the uploaded identification documents. Not only will this facilitate the work of our KYC specialists, but will also help you verify your account on the first try.

2. For more than three months now, my balance has been standing still because the maintenance and electricity fees are “eating up” all of my earnings. For how much longer will this go on?!

This issue has definitely been the most painful one. The main reason for that is the steadily growing mining difficulty and you can find the graph displaying it here, for example. Using basic math, we can see that since the beginning of the year up to the time this post was written, BTC mining difficulty has increased by 3.6 times. Based on this, a hypothetical user will now earn 3.6 times less BTC for 1 hypothetical TH/s of SHA-256 than he/she would have earned in January 2018. MEF has been $0.0035 per every 10 GH/s for more than 1.5 years now, but as it gets deducted in BTC equivalent, the BTC/USD exchange rate directly affects the sum that gets deducted from your daily earnings.

If you are in need of some further clarification or answers to some general questions, do not hesitate to post them here! However, do bear in mind that all question concerning account issues, pending withdrawals, declined verification requests and other technical issues need to be addressed to our tech support team by sending them to support@hashflare.io or directly through Zendesk in your account panel (Help -> Contact Us). If such questions will be posted here, then they will be mercilessly deleted.

I believe that our return here has been long overdue.

And I doubt that trolls will miss the opportunity to start doing what they live for, but, hopefully, everyone will do their best to keep the discussion civil.

If I am not wrong, Hashflare is one of the longest standing cloud mining provider. So, welcome back to BitcoinTalk. What is your current ROI time for BTC mining?

Indeed, our service has been around since 2015, and thank you - it is good to be back Smiley

Currently, ROI is in the negative, unfortunately, due to the reason explained in the original post.

Hello Hashflare Team,

When mining will become profitable again? What is the value that Bitcoin needs to reach in order to resume the mining process ?

Hello Hashflare Team,

Hi!

BTC would have to be over $9200 with the current mining difficulty in order for payouts to become greater than the maintenance fee.

Hello!

Yes, once your contracts have expired you can always request a manual withdrawal by contacting our tech support, even if your balance does not meet the minimum withdrawal limit.

Thanks for the answer, if this difficulty goes like this i guess this will be better than nothing.. But my concern is; as i mentioned i always reinvested, should i apply to your tech support for withdraws those everyday small amounts day by day ? or should i wait for the last day of my latest contract's expire ( for total withdrawal ) ?!

Tech support would only be able to perform a manual withdrawal once all of the contracts that are mining a specific coin have expired (when hashrate becomes zero).

At the moment we are not planning to extend said contracts.

Registering for VAT in other EU countries
Usually, you only need to register for VAT where you’re based.

But if you’re supplying digital services to consumers based in other EU countries, you must either:

register for VAT in each country where you’re supplying digital services
sign up for the VAT MOSS service
You need to do this even if your turnover is below the VAT registration threshold.

Digital services
Digital services include things like broadcasting, telecommunications services, video on demand, downloadable music, games, apps, software and ebooks.

Thank you, guys!

The main reason for starting these topics is to give our users another opportunity to receive answers to questions that might have been left unanswered.

Our plans for the near future will be determined by the situation on the cryptomarket, which we all hope will see growth again soon.

Like I'm note sure if things are getting better, well, BTC trend is positive, BUT it's keeping up really slow. Is it a good sign? Hashflare needs better BTC
