This feature is an obscure one for crypto beginners,so I'll just give my own views
  A mainnet is a feature in the blockchain technology that processes the transfer of digital currency from the sender to the receiver.
  MOst times investors fall into the hands of scam because they fail to make sure the crypto or coin has mainnet(that enables transfer),before investing you must make sure the platform has a mainnet,other than the fact that it allows transfer,it also helps to show a stable cryptocurrency,one with a mainnet is likely to survive in crypto world,because as the mainnet upgrades so also the crypto becomes even more stable..
