good day, i am posting for my friend. his account got locked with unknown reason . he's been registered since 2016 then stop going to the forum for some time . we tried to open his account but it was locked due to security reasons, he knows his PASSWORD and USERNAME but can't remember his email we hope someone would help us we tried to send email to the said email acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com but no response for almost a week now. locked account info: username: mexmer edit:he have access on email of this account but don't remember the email that he used on this account |

Doesn't matter. It might be hard for you, but there's several video tutorials out there that you could follow. The information is out there you just need to find it, and pay attention. It doesn't matter if the account is just locked. Proof of ownership is still required. |

Doesn't matter. It might be hard for you, but there's several video tutorials out there that you could follow. The information is out there you just need to find it, and pay attention. It doesn't matter if the account is just locked. Proof of ownership is still required. the problem is that he uses so many wallet can't remember which one have that address.  |

Based on his post history he only posted the address quoted by loyce in which he submitted in applying in 777coin signature campaign. If he can't proved by signing message the address quoted then I'm afraid if mod will unlock the account. |

That account mexmer was active just 3 days ago. What happened since then? Are you sure he didn't get banned or something?
And yeah, I'll echo the above and tell you that unless he can sign a message from that one address used to apply for the campaign, he can forget about recovering the account. Even if he does do that, I don't even know what the chances are he'll get it back in his lifetime. The recovery process is abysmally slow here.

looks like we don't have access from that address from 2 years ago. but it dosen't make sense we have access to email and password of this account it should be the best way to confirm ownership than an address from 2 years ago |
