Yeah i know, it was due to series of unfortunate events. Im sure i chose 34 sat/byte, instead i end up with 4/byte, dont know how and when it got switched.
Service you're offering is accually accelerating or it's just brodcasting again? Hope it's not the second option. Anyway thanks for your time!

I don't think anyone can accelerate that transaction. You made a mistake setting up a transaction fee to low.
Since you can't RBF, you could try CPFP from the recipient's address to speed things up if you have that option.

No. You need to have complete control over your wallet to be able to make a CPFP transaction.

Child Pays For Parent (CPFP) is a fee bumping technique where a user spends an output from a low-feerate unconfirmed transaction in a child transaction with a high feerate in order to encourage miners to include both transactions in a block.

I have checked this topic and noticed that in the same month was transaction with similar fee (sat/byte) and it was processed after 9 days. Please advise is there any real chance to confirm my transaction (in case of success I am ready to donate) or should I look for other solution?

You noticed this TRX: decbb12d3da9f77a4532aecf452a7e262d58b60a5319121239f369a57850f495 . But there, willingly or unwittingly, the recipient made a CPFP.
 Here is the transaction fde3f42946f6bd9c3772e3ca6181d3a7db21d67cde5bb2c83224014fe60302d8 . This is CPFP.
If you can not use RBF from the sender, then you can look in the direction of CPFP. How to do this for Electrum I will send you in personal messages. The size of your transaction for calculations is 499.

The size of the commission shows that this is Binance. But how do they have so many addresses have been doing some research, this is clearly their mistake. Claims should be presented to them.
