I don't think so.

But you could post in the main "Stake your Bitcoin address here" thread, ask someone to quote it and take a snapshot of the page with http://archive.is/ (just to make sure).

Right, you should follow this advise OP. You can be sure that one day if your account will be hacked you can retrieve it by posting the evidences of your account's ownership. This is for the better and might be handy in the near future though for now admins are still developing the auto recovery of ownership of accounts.

my PGP signed btc address?

you can sign messages with your bitcoin private key too. if you want to use a bitcoin address to verify your identity (for account recoveries for example) then do that instead.
but also there is another topic in the reputation board where you can post your PGP public keys if you want to use that instead of a bitcoin address: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1159946.0
or you can post both!

I can't find english tutorials on how to use PGP public keys for encryption/decryption. Am calling experienced users to provide some links on how to create PGP public keys and how to make them live.
I had found one guide created by mdayonliner but i didn't succeed following all the steps as i didn't well understand many parts.

I'm afraid that there are no more guides about PGP public keys on this forum, others than made by mdayonliner. I would say that this guide is very well written, but I agree that this thing looks complicated if you don't have much experience and knowledge. Maybe you can specificy what is exactly unclear to you? I suggest to try ask these questions on Bitcoin Technical support board.

have you tried using google? try searching for PGP torurials + your_OS_type (for example in windows/linux). there are videos on youtube that you can find and watch, i don't know any otherwise i would have posted!
or just visit the official website of it and read the documentation: https://www.gnupg.org/gph/en/manual/c14.html
